Production Department Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect all materials and tools needed to complete the procedure.
- Use precision tools to measure and assist in the assembly of the engine using both power and manual tools.
- Recognize the correct orientation of complex components
- Ensure that all engine fasteners are tightened and torque to the correct value.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Keep records of production measurements, quantities, and time.
- Report issues, malfunction, or defective components.

Production Associate Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience as a production associate
- Previous experience operating manual lathes
- Ability in using tools (Micrometers, installation tools, torque wrenches, power tools) and test equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of quality control procedures.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
- Able to stand on cement floors for 8 plus hours.
- Ability to lift and install engine components weighing 40 lbs repeatedly and 80 lbs occasionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent, a technical degree is a plus.
